Return and Refund Policy

At Computer Ties LLC, most of our products are digital services and downloadable materials (consultations, reports, training courses, templates, etc.). Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after purchase and delivery, except in the following cases:

• The service has not been provided or the digital files have not been delivered.
• Technical issues prevent you from accessing the purchased service (we will work with you to resolve them).
• We fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing vancalberghbradley@gmail.com.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
